Jeep Patriot, presented in 2006 and produced till 2016, is a compact crossover SUV which is filling the gap between Jeep Cherokee and Compass. Patriot is a car for those who like the "Jeep" brand and want to have an SUV car, but are not really into offroad adventures.
Patriot has been build based on the Chrysler PM/MK platform (used also in Jeep Compass and Dodge Caliber - which is a compact car). When you look at the front of the car, you see big, rounded headlamps and a huge Jepp grille. Jeep Patriot was offered in 2 options: front-wheel drive (FWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD): Freedom Drive II. Car was offered in both, gasoline and diesel engines. For the US market, there was 2.0L and 2.4L gasoline L4 engine. In Europe Patriot was offered with a 2.0L VW L4 diesel engine, which has been replaced in 2011 (after facelift) with a 2.2L MB diesel engine.
Jeep Patriot was offered in 3 different models: Sport, Latitude, and Limited. For EU there was also Sport Plus and Overland models. In 2011 there was a facelift of Patriot. The car received minor interior and exterior changes. In 2007 Patriot won "Green 4x4" Award and one year later "4x4 of the Year" in UK.
The fuse block is located in the engine compartment, and is so called "Integrated Power Module". The most common fuse failures are cigarette lighter fuse box, which is number 13 20A fuse.
The Integrated Power Module is located in the engine compartment near the air cleaner assembly. This center contains cartridge fuses and mini-fuses. A label that identifies each component may be printed on the inside of the cover. Refer to "Engine Compartment" in "Maintaining Your Vehicle" for further information.

There is a second relay panel usually behind the driver side from headlamp. Check there for things like horn and wiper relays. I've never seen a diagram on it. I literally turn everything on and pull one out at a time discovering what they go to along the way.
